Termination & Cancellation

American Chongshin University reserves the right to terminate students for failure to pay tuition, make satisfactory academic progress, or conform to our standard of conduct stated in this Catalog.

All students have the right to cancel their enrollment agreement and obtain a refund of charges paid through attendance at the first class session, or the seventh day after enrollment, whichever is later.
Students may cancel their enrollment agreement or withdraw from American Chongshin University and obtain a refund by submitting a written notice, dated and signed by the student, to
